Foreclosure/Loan Remodification
We work with clients to seek remodification of loans when a foreclosure is pending or about to be filed. Many times, clients may receive lower interest rates on their current home loans and lower payments when having an attorney work with their mortgage company. Our fees are very reasonable and we allow payment plans because we want our clients to apply monies directly to their home loans. We keep our clients apprised of every detail. We also assist our clients in exercising their right of redemption once their home is sold at a sheriff’s sale but has not been confirmed. We have found that sometimes our clients receive the necessary financing to pay off their home loan in full before they permanently lose their home.
Bankruptcy
In deciding whether to file bankruptcy, we provide clients with a questionnaire that helps us evaluate a clients’ financial situation. We work with other experts in bankruptcy who analyze whether bankruptcy is the right option for our clients to take. We walk our clients through this process and seek to ensure that if one of our clients file bankruptcy, that they do not have to face this decision ever again in the future.
